Born and raised in Gainesville, Florida Edwin Dix is well known within the community as a realtor, developer, and entrepreneur. Edwin is happily married to the lovely Niya Dix with whom he has two children: Emya and Eryn. Edwin believes that individuals should take in interest in their community, encourage positive growth, and should never be afraid to take risks! In his free time, Edwin enjoys sports, deep sea fishing, and traveling.
